Any ideas re: Neighbors Bush

I don't have pics to show, but my neighbor has a really happy, healthy bush growing -- which I'm assuming would do well for me next year.

The flowers are single (five petals), with a dark pink on top and lighter reverse. They fade a bit as they get older. The flowers are definitely fragrant to strongly fragrant.

The bush's form (which may or may not be the result of pruning) is fairly vertical, topping out at about 4 feet tall, but less than 3 feet wide. (The bush looks like an ice-cream cone, essentially.) There's no trace of disease, and the bush is fairly winter hardy.

The closest comparables I've found on HelpMeFind were Betty Prior, Carefree Delight and, maybe, Nearly Wild. However, I can't tell whether they have the lighter reverse.

Any ideas are welcome. Thanks.
