Rose to Identify, if possible

Hello.

I have a yellow rose with pink tinges to some of its inner petals and with dark red/brown stamens. I've posted a photo. Also a photo of it's distinctive yellow and red bud.

It is very sturdy and, so far, health and disease-free, with glossy dark green serrated leaves which are long and beach leaf-shaped, new cane and leaf growth is red. It's main stem is thick and woody and is covered in very small sharp thorns. Its canes are long and spreading. It bears large double flowers singly - I counted 27 petals on the rose I picked this evening, though I may have dropped one or two. It hadn't a scent when I smelled it this morning but this evening it smells distinctly of apples.

The flower is yellow when first opened but fades to ivory with the insides of some of the petals tinged with red, and has dark red/brown stamens.

The cutting was given to me as being a dark red pillar rose, but certainly isn't!

If there's anything else you would like to know, please let me know.

Thanks you,

Penny.
