Dark red rose - Can you please ID it ?

I found this rose in Michigan, and took a cutting. But I do not know the name. It has very healthy glossy foliage and the flower is dark red in color, and the petals are a bit curvy.

Can you please ID this rose ?

Any fragrance? Could be the common rootstock 'Dr. Huey'.
