| This rose was in the yard when my parents' moved into their house in 2000. From looking at pictures around the web, I think it may be the Diana, Princess of Wales rose. Can anyone confirm my suspicion or give other suggestions?
This rose has done really well despite not having had much care. The edges of the petals tend to darken after some time in the sunlight and it has a mild fragrance. I've posted larger pictures here:

| Those are beautiful photos! It reminds me of Sheer Elegance, a parent of Diana, Princess of Wales, which has a deeper overall color. The base color of the petals of DPOW is usually lighter than the blooms in your photos. |

| Hi Petaloid, Thank you for the tip. The sheer elegance pictures do look closer to the rose in question. Also, thank you for the complement. I have to admit that this rose is so beautiful, it would be hard to take a bad photo of it. And this is despite the fact that it has been somewhat neglected! |
