How do you tell Nancy Reagan from Barbara Bush?

Ok, I know that sounds like a bad political joke starting... But seriously, I have a light coral pink rose I'm trying to identify, and pics of those two seem to come closest. The pics I took of mine didn't come out, so I'll have to try again. In the meantime - the flowers are light coral pink, and the color gets somewhat mottled as they open (lighter and darker shades of pink, with some cream). Petals are slightly lighter on the underside. Blossoms are about 3" across, with 25-30 petals. The leaves are dark green and leathery. And this bush has all kinds and sizes of thorns and prickles on it! It was planted in 2004 or 2005. It has a fairly upright growth habit, though still small (killed to the ground a winter or two ago). New growth is burgundy, and the leaves retain some burgundy underneath and on the serrated edges for awhile. Buds are pointed and ovoid, and it doesn't really form hips. Any ideas, anyone?

What makes you think it is either one?

Nancy Reagan looks like Sunset Celebration, and Barbara Bush looks like Brigadoon or Gemini...

The roses in the yard that have tags are all J&P roses. So I surfed the J&P wholesale website, and checked for further pictures on www.helpmefind.com. Both of those roses had photos that realy looked like mine. I know color can vary from one location to another. I had done a more generic search on Help Me Find, but frankly, coral pink can be described too many ways, and half the roses don't have photos. Not helpful! Also, the site doesn't really give much info on stems, leaves, etc. But so far, these two are the closest I seem to have come.

I have a bud just opening, and I've noticed it has 6 sepals. The outer 3 are long and very fringed. The inner 3 are smaller and not fringed. It's hard to tell from the pics on Help Me Find, but I'm not sure that fits Barbara or Nancy... Anyone else have any ideas who this might be?

Not yet. My last ones didn't come out, so I'm waiting on the next film to get developed. One thing I have noticed is that the underside of the petals is lighter - almost ivory, especially at the base.
