Hi all,
I apologize because this photo does not give much information. We recently moved to this house and the rose bush was totally falling over and mostly dead. I cut all the dead off of it and now it's going crazy but it's never bloomed. I keep cutting it down because my husband says it has to go if it touches the house (I don't know why that's such an issue but I'll respect his wishes) I know nothing about roses. I think it may not be blooming because it's been neglected for so long but I really wouldn't know. Also, it tends to grow up and isn't bushy like I thought rose bushes tended to be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
