The bush is about 5 feet tall and 4 feet wide. The sepals are very long (which is why I think it may be an antique). When the sepals first pull back, the petals are a very dark red (see the pictures at the link below). As the flower opens, the color turns into something between red and pink...like a coral pink or coral red. The flowers are double and quite flat. They have a classic rose scent that is very, very light. The canes are very thorny. It is remontant. It was planted about 30 years ago.
