I got this from Nor'East during their closing sale last year. It was supposed to be The Dahlia Rose, but it's not that. Does anybody have any guesses as to its true identity?

Except for the very newest growth and the base, most of the plant is thornless and the foliage is rather spread out:

Fuzzy soft thorns on new growth, but otherwise relatively thornless on upper parts of plant:

As you can see, it gets some mildew here, but so do most roses in this coastal canyon. It's not worse than normal.
