Mystery Rose in Avon, Colorado

I was on vacation in the mountains of Colorado a few weeks ago and saw this rose in a park. I couldn't find a name tag on it, so I took a couple of pictures hoping someone could give me a lead on it:

It looks a little like Therese Bugnet, a rugosa, but it is hard to tell from the leaves. Were there any hips on it?

I don't call seeing any hips, but I couldn't swear to it. I do remember it seemed quite fragrant and not very thorny. It does look quite similar to the pictures I found on Therese Bugnet.

Thanks for your help.

I agree: 'Therese Bugnet'. (Pronounced Ter-ace Boon-yay

Trospero: Thank you! And thanks for the pronounciation! Boon-yay certainly sounds better than bug-net, which is what is looked like to me :)
