Can someone help me identify this rose? It has small blooms, not particularly fragrant. Thanks!

Looks like Blaze to me, with the bloom turned magenta. It will do that sometimes - especially late in the season with trailing off blooms. I had some recently that were downright pink - like this one. The leaves clinch it for me - those are Blaze leaves - virused, by the way.

Oh, they are virused? I'm not very knowlegeable. Is it treatable? What should I do?

thanks!

No, it's not treatable. Blaze seems to tolerate it well, though, if it is a Blaze. Mine aren't even phased by it.

Chlorosis can be caused by various things, it isn't necessarily "virused" at all.
