Name that rose

I have a beautiful pink rose bush outside my back door. It blooms early in the spring with numerous flowers and continues until mid summer. Then in the fall is has a few stray flowers that bloom. It produces numerous rose hips over the summer and fall period. I have more pictures to help identify this rose. It stands approx. 4 feet tall by 4-5 feet wide. It does not climb or appear to get any larger then it current size the past 8-10 years but it has always been a prolific bloomer each year. I rarely prune or cut it back in the fall or spring. The rose flowers smell good too. Can anyone help ID this rose?
