Anyone can identify this rose?

I really like the rose I saw in a neighbor community. Here's link to the picture of it. I'd appreciate it if someone can tell me the name of the rose.

There are a lot of roses with that general coloring. It's almost impossible to be certain which one this is based on one picture, sorry.

looks like it might be Chicago Peace to me, a common rose of that coloring.

It would help to identify if you give more info. regarding your zone and the bush in terms of: thorn, color of leaves, fragrance, height and width, and time of blooming. Chicago Peace rose has much larger petals, but same coloring. I really don't know with just a picture alone.
