ID a pink floribunda type rose

I've lost the ID for a pink blend floribunda type rose bush, disease resistant, about 5' tall but never pruned, that I've had for several years. The canes are stiff, and it bears blossoms in clusters of around 3-5 blooms with 21 petals, including two very small ones surrounding the stamens. The buds open medium pink, fading with age to very light pink, and the centers are a pale glowing yellow also fading with age. The edges of the petals are slightly darker pink; and the stamens are bright yellow. The flowers when completely open are nearly 4", and they have slight fragrance. The bush blooms continuously throughout the season. The prickles are scarce, and almost none on new growth. The few it has curve slightly and are whitish in color. The leaves are matte medium green, smooth, and with slightly jagged edges. I had thought it might be Regensberg, but that one is shorter and has light edges on the petals.

Thanks in advance for any assistance!
