| My family and I went to Cambria, CA for Memorial and stayed by a motel close to the beach which boasted a rose garden. The roses were in full bloom and I was so impressed by fragrance and beautiful color of the roses. That I want to have the same or similar ones as the one's from the motel. My favorite were a purple rose which you can smell the wonderful fragrance 30ft. away. Here is a photo of it. If any could ID it for me, or suggest a similar purple rose that is very fragrant please let me know. I would like to place a rose order at my local gardening center.
Thanks in advance. Dax |

| Looks to me like it could be Heirloom. I used to grow it but it died last winter and I didn't replace it because it just wasn't hardy enough for my zone. It has a very nice fragrance |
Here is a link that might be useful: Heirloom.
