One of the modern groundcover types. Might be able to get a name at a garden center.

That's the original Flower Carpet rose, I think which is now known as Flower Carpet Pink.

I can't tell from your pictures, does it have a glossy leaf? I have Flower Carpet Pink and the leaves are evergreen (in zone 9b anyway) and they are very glossy.
