repeating red floribunda?

buffbeauty

This was given to me a few years ago and was probably bought at lowe's or Home depot. It had an illegible metal tag (J&P?).

Basal shoots are only up to 24" long, thick with large prickles. New growth is an unbelievable mahogany red which matures to deep green, very glossy, round leaflets with serrated edges. Blooms are 3-8 per cluster, semi-double to double, 2 1/2" opening to reveal yellow stamens. Light to no fragrance, but the color! Seeming to glow from within, this is a saturated, bright red. Growth has been horizontal and wayward. Dieback from blackspot, a continual problem despite treatment and cultural care. It is the only disease prone rose that I have ever bothered with because the blooms out shine Mr. Lincoln & Don Juan...although are smaller with short, floribunda type petals. Thanks for any input... Aghhhh I can't get the photo to upload. Will add a link..Patty
