Gigantaic Rose!

I didn't realize we had a rose identification forum, so I'm posting here due to no response on the rose forum.
I was in Taos, New Mexico this past weekend and wondered if anyone here could help me identify a rose that was in front of an antique shop on the square. It was the largest bloom I've ever seen; in fact, the entire rose, down to the thorns, was gigantic--at least dessert plate size. The bloom was a deep fuscia pink/red. Of course, I'd love one for my garden.
I'd appreciate any thoughts so I can find this rose.
