Hello all, I'm calling upon your expertise once again in hopes that you can help me identify this lovely rose I received in a bouquet. I'm going to attempt to root some stems also... Wish me luck and I appreciate any feedback.

The rose blooms in clusters of around 6 (Polyantha?) The flowers themselves seem to have little or no fragrance. I found a single stem that had a set of leaves on it. The leaflets were in a set of three, with the central one a bit larger and elongated. The petiole was somewhat winged. The flower open cream with a blush of pink which then fades to an even creamy colour. I'm afraid that's all the information I can provide. Thanks in advance for your help friends :)
