Can you identify this rose?

Picked up this rose a while back but it did not have a tag. Didn't think much of it then since I figured I could research it. But I am having a very difficult time actually finding it.
It has very thick petals with a sort of scalloped edge which I adore. It has been blooming consistently over the summer and now autumn. It is not a profuse bloomer even with food. Just one or two at a time. It is also a very healthy plant with little to no black spot, yellow or mildew. Please let me know if you have any leads I can look into. It has quickly become my Favorite rose in the garden and I would like to make sure I care for it appropriately.
