Picture comes up tiny -- need a bigger one. Also, need to see the bloom face on -- sideways just makes it tough to ID. If you can also include a picture of the plant and its leaves that would also help us to help you.

Wow, St. Cecilia is amazing! Alas, I do not think that is what the rose is. The flowers are small and don't have many petals. I am truly stumped on it. Thank you for your help, though!

its not and austin rose it is a hybrid wichuria or an old shrub there is a pic and description on the sangerhausen site.it is the only rose it can be because none of the austins look like yours
