This is from a cutting of three years ago and here are some stats of it.
About 3'high, 3'wide. Slight cinnamon aroma. Petal count is 24ish. New growth is maroon. It appears to be very resistant to blackspot and is almost in constant bloom from early spring to winters first heavy frost.
The bloom is approx 3" across and the appearance is casual rather than elegant as in a hybrid tea.
The colour is magenta as in a xmas cactus magenta.
Its vase life is very short..about two days but it is sure worth its space in the patio.
