Will this work as the 'fish oil/seaweed emulsion' in spray?

I'm going to try to go organic. When purchasing the materials for the modified Cornell spray, the only fish oil/ seaweed emulsion I could find was: Alaska Fish Fertilizer 5-1-1. The sign at Lowe's called it fish emulsion. Will this hurt if used in the modified Cornell formula?
Also, the ultrafine horticultural oil that I found was Sunspray Ultra-fine Year Round Pesticidal Oil. That is the right kind, isn't it?
Thank you for any responses.

Yes, the Sunspray is the correct spray and I think the Alaska Fish Emulsion will work just fine too (if a bit stinky at first)
