Try any Agway stores in your area, or farm supply stores or privately owned garden centers. The lime and gypsum shouldn't be too hard to find, the fish and kelp meal might not be as easy. I know that Beatty Fertilizer (the Mills Mix folks) and Neptune's Harvest have a few of these via mail order.

All of the locally owned garden stroes around here carry those items as regular stock. Forget the big box chains and patronize your local stores, if they don't currently have these items they will as soon as there is a demand for it. If the item is not on the shelf, ask, and soon it will be. One I patronize regularly enough to be on a first name basis with the owners stopped carrying dehydrated cattle manure until I asked about it and within a week it was back.

If no one has lime, it may be because large areas of the midwest don't need it, though I know that some parts of the northern midwest do have acid soil. I also use Agway or Blue Seal, our local farm stores, for this type of item. I find that while they have the chemicals, they also have the organic options that I'm looking for.
