| older (few months old) dried hips? I had a friend send me some that she got in a bouquet....can I still try this? |

Go over to the rose propagation forum and look at the FAQ's. There's an excellent process described there for starting roses from seeds. Keep us posted on your progress, I'd love to know how this turns out for you.
