There are two of that I know, one by Liz Druit (The Organic Rose Garden) and the other by Barbara Wilde (Growing Roses Organically). The first is more famous, and it was written by a Texan, I believe; the second was written in Paris, so covers hardier roses. I'm not sure I have a preferrence.
