The only rose baby sick

Hello!
I only have one rose - 4th of July climber. WE are moving soon, and I plan to have a rose garden, preferably organic.

But my only little rose is sick - leaves get black patches, turn yellow and fall. Does not look exactly like pictures of black spot - is it it? What can I do about it?

The first three pictures on the link below are picks of the patient. Thanks ahead for the answer.

FoJ is prone to black spot. If you are going to grow roses organically, then pick ones that are more resistant. Dortmund is in the same color range and absolutely disease free.

Thank you!
This was a gift. When I plan my garden, I will chose the resistant varieties.
