Constance spry not flowering

| We have had Constance Spry for four years now. She is in a good location for sun, gets fed regularly, grows well with nice looking foliage, but no flowers. We are about to dig her up and give her away, and am looking for others' experiences before we do that. We have over 50 varieties of roses and the rest are flowering fine. Any experiences or thoughts appreciated. Thanks, Vtrose. |

| She only blooms on old wood. If you're having to cut away a lot of winter damage, then you're cutting off all of your blooms. |
