no blooms!

I've had a climbing Queen Elizabeth now for three years and it still won't bloom! The green growth is quite spectacular and its supposed to produce tons of flowers but only one this season. Ive fertilized and given extra bonemeal, and kelp meal. What is it lacking? I don't want to have to "shovel prune" it. Any suggestions appreciated.

RE: no blooms!

It's noted far and wide for not ever blooming. Rip it out and plant something else.
