| I got some recently from a friend who has horses of course! Would there be any repurcussions applying it this late in the season? (or for that matter, any other fertilizer?) |

| In zone 9, there's no reason to worry about stimulating your roses in fall. If it is very hot and the roses aren't getting enough water, you might hold off a while. |
