Rose Care /North east-

Hi... I've been pretty lucky with my austins and my two bourbon roses. I've done nothing to protect them, and they made it through last winter. All I have done is maybe one insect spraying per season, and a coating of compost/manure in early spring and two granular feedings (slow release) and I throw in a foliar spray of a neptune mix..

Can you guys from the northeast, tell me what your normal month seasonal routine is.. Am I suppose to take all the leaves off of the rose bushes and put some sort of oil now(forgot) to protect from disease for the following season- I plan on increasing my rose garden, but I want to make sure I have everything covered for my delivery next spring..
