Enhancing roses’ fragrance?

Is it any way to enhance roses’ fragrance? I have a Full Sail, Oklahoma, Double Delight and an unknown yellow rose( all the fragrant types) that seemed to smell stronger in the past years. I don’t know if the black spot problems I had this year have anything to do with their perfume, but I would like to be able to smell my roses when passing by, like in the past. Any thoughts?

I had a sweet chariot rose that didn't have ANY scent for a long while after I put it into the yard (and it arrived with scented flowers so I knew it wasn't the plant) Some extra nitrogen and some really good compost was the only thing I did and the scent came back. Now I just put some coffee grounds around for a bit of nitrogen every so often and have had scented flowers from then on.

Humidity is also a factor. If it's too dry, it's hard for the scent to carry. Also, most roses are most fragrant early in the morning and when they are just budding out. Has to do with when they release the volitale oils that determine the scent.
