I have been drooling over this rose for months. It is supposed to be incredible in this area.

I bought "1 gallon Duchesse de Brabant" from a local nursery that lost all its leaves and died a few days after I purchased it. Calling this a 1 gallon plant was an insult but whatever, live and learn. I know I've rooted and grown a number of roses that did well at that size, but it appeared to have some disease issues when I bought it.

Anywho... I'm tired of supporting rose nurseries. Most of the plants I get end up being diseased (an 'Heirloom' hybrid tea I bought from yet another reputable dealer in our area turned out to be not only virused... BUT INCORRECTLY identified).

At this point I have the best luck with plants I have rooted myself and that is what I'm going to stick to. If anybody has cuttings of this lovely plant, I would love to get some.
