I am trying to put in a small garden at the front of our City Hall building. I would like to add some more roses and perennials but most of this will be at my expense. They are paying for the hardscape and compost but most of the plants will have to be donations. I already bought five roses and planted but I would really like to have two or three shrub roses that put on a show. The ones I had are HT. I would also like to have some perennials. I have donated five daylilies and some hosta but would like some others.

Can anyone help? I'm not real good at getting cutting started but thought I would try. Thanks in advance.
