no growth. I stuck this cutting last February, it rooted, spent the summer outside, back inside again for the winter, and still no new growth.

It is a florists rose that came in a bouquet from my sister last year to my father, and I was hopeing to get 'something', but at present all I have is a rooted stick. Could it have been treated with something to prevent it from growing? I do not want to give up on it, but it is getting really nerve racking taking care of it and nothing is happening.

Any suggestions?
