rose cuttings in winter

I can't throw anything away... so I have half a rose bush from the cuttings in water... kinda pretty in a thorny way. Leaves and nubs for stems are growing no roots yet. I'm excited to read what's here and after I get back from the Dr excited to read some more.

RE: rose cuttings in winter

You can grow roses from cuttings in the winter. They are called "dormant" cuttings. Do a search on propagating "dormant" cuttings. Al
