A warning to everyone who wants your garden to succeed. Don't buy park's bio starts for perennial's. They only work great for your annual plants. The lame responce from them said they should be planted early enough in the fall to develope a good root system. I planted my plants in september. The plants all had large, strong root systems. Due to the freeze and thaw, the plants will without fail pop out of the ground, with large roots or not. Save your money. Only use this product on annual plants, saving yourself anger and stress from seeing all your hardwork go down the toilet.
