I have seedlings all from the same parent..

I have seeds all from one parent sprouting in the fridge. I planted some others that I have stratified because I wanted to try to get plants from some other parents sprouted. (nothing has come up yet.. sort of like watching a pot waiting for it to boil).

Am I wrong in feeling frustrated that I am planting out practically all seeds and getting seedlings from the same parent? I know that each seedling should be different, I would just like to get some to see from other seed parents.

Marleah,

I have some that have not germinated yet and others that just keep sprouting and sprouting, I think it is just that some rose mamas are fertile myrtles and others are difficult. Don't give up hope, I hear some take alot longer than others.

Hi Marleah,

None of mine have germinated yet, either. They are from 4 different parent varieties. Maybe there is hope for us yet.

:-)

Cheers,
Michelle
