Peace Roses

| My friend just lost her grandmother who used to be an avid rose grower and her favorite rose was the Peace rose. My friend would like to set up a memorial bed in her back yard and include a Peace rose. Does anyone have a cutting I can swap or pay postage for? Or does anyone know of a good dealer I could purchase one from? I don't have much to swap in the way of roses but I have lots of other stuff.

| I saw it in the 1/2 price sale table at lowes, it was a bareroot rose, it was only $4.00, I live in California it's pretty easy to find. |

| Do others have luck with roses from lowe,s. I have been hesitant to buy the cheaper ones. Any advice? |

| Mouse, don't know where you live, but call your local garden centers, the privately-owned local ones, and ask them if they carry Peace. It is still very popular, and widely available. |

| You have received good advice here. If possible, get a quality Peace from a reputable nursery ... Peace, grown from cuttings on its own roots, is very, VERY slow to mature for me. A good grafted plant should perform very well in your garden. Connie |

| I have purchased many roses from Lowes they are all doing fantastic and some of them were bareroot. Try it... their plants are nice there. |
