| I leave the hips on the rose bushes every winter. Will these seeds germinate? I thought leaving them out through the winter gives them a good stratifying peroid. Any comments, suggestions? |

| I'm a novice at growing from seeds too.Leaving the seeds on the bushes will not help. You need to remove the seeds from the hips. Here's a really good site for a step-by-step process that I found from a previous posting. My seeds have just sprouted and I've put them in pots:) |
