My first seedling (tea) is in bud now on my windowsill, still too early to put it outside here in zone 5.

Although I am extremely anxious to see what it will look like, I have a question. Would it be better to remove that first bloom in order for the plant to become stronger?

The plant has approximately five full-sized (Five-Leaflet) leaves, is about six inches tall, and is slightly smaller in diameter than a wooden match stick.
