Had a wonderful rose "Kitty Cleo" that I wanted more of but Ashdown didn't have anymore at that time. Had to wait till they rooted a new batch. This was Oct 2008. Kitty appeard to die at one point but, being an own root rose, sprung up from the dead Another member (NW Rose Lady I think) wanted some, too. You probably know what happened to Ashdown. This rose can no longer be found anywhere! I think I have the last one in the world. I've since moved from WA to TX and am planning to move to AZ in the next 6-12 months.
Now to get to the point. My Kitty Cleo is alive and blooming. Not a big plant but I baby it to make sure it survives. I'm wondering if anyone might be nearby and would be interested in taking some cuttings to get this going again and share in the offspring. I'm about 20 miles south of Austin. I'm trying to post a pic and when I do I'll try to update this.
