Fragrant Lace Hybrid Tea Rose

soldrose

If anyone has a Fragrant Lace Hybrid Tea Rose growing, botanical name JACsee, patented 1998 by Keith W. Zary, and is willing to part with a cutting from this rose, please advise me. I have searching for this rose for more than two years. I lost mine due to winter kill in Northern Illinois in 2009 and have not been able to locate this rose from any nursery. I understand it is still under patent rights. I loved this rose dearly and want to replace it. It is the parent rose for the hybrid rose Pope John Paul and it was hybridized from the rose Cherries Jubilee.
