Neon Orange Rose ?

| I'm always propigating from one place or another but I've never seen a neon orange and yellow rose and it is taking off well right in the middle of my garden. I know it's hard without a picture but has anyone seen this ? It has a lot of petals. |

| I sprayed my neon plant with MiraGrow for roses and instantly the flower became deeper in the orange group but quite nice. Sure will be glad to not have a large neon plant right in the middle of my garden. |
