Hello Buffbeauty.
I have a huge Fortune's Double Yellow, but I am in another country. I can tell you though that it grows very well from cuttings but I lost mine when I planted them out in
the paddock with many other own root plants. We had a very good season and all the other own roots did well, except for the 3 different types of Banksia and Fortune's Double Yellow. I think they were killed by frost. I had 2 other Banksia cuttings I put beside a cubby house and they have really thrived. I will try to do Fortune's Double Yellow again this year, but grow them with some protection from frost. My huge one was here before I came here and is growing up a tree.
