Where to buy Fortuniana Rootstock

I have been trying to buy Fortuniana Rootstock so i can try to chip bud a rose, i have tried making own root buy i have failed, can anybody give me some instructions and a good place to buy Fortuniana Rootstock.

UC @ Davis? I haven't tried them but they have several root stocks including Fortuniana & lots of clean scion varieties

Cool Roses in Florida sells potted Fortuniana
for budding and grafting. I have not purchased from them. I just remember seeing that they sell the Fortuniana

I tried rooting Fortuniana with no luck. I think it wants to have a humid environment, with barely damp rooting medium... at least that's what I'm going to try next.
