Help! What to do with rooted Black Bacarra?!

Just for fun last year, I decided to try to start growing roses from cuttings. I was fairly successful with the portlands and damasks I cutted. Not so much with ANY HT or FB. Surprisingly enough, ONE "Black Bacarra" from the florist took root, and had two sets of leaves before my maltese decided it looked like a tasty snack. :( Anyways, I left it in it's small pot, ripped in half with no leaves. Yesterday, to my surprise, I woke up to this...

Anyways, this would be year one? As it took root May of last year. Suggestions on what to do with it would be welcomed! Should I keep it indoors? When do I plant it outside? I brought it indoors last winter because it was such a wee little plant. I'm very new to propagating, and I've heard this particular rose can be a difficult one to grow. No idea how it would do on it's own root.
