Rambler for top of brick wall

| I have a low brick wall in my front yard that I want to grow a rambler or ground cover rose along. It needs to be able to stand the HOT temperatures on the top of the wall in full sun (How hot is the pavement when it's 100F?), and down to about -10F for my area in the winter (Shenandoah Valley, Virginia). I'd like the color to be white, or any pink, or cream/light yellow; and a repeat bloomer. I don't spray for anything, so it also needs to be disease resistant too. Any ideas?
Thanks,
