Not Growning

Greetings All,
I have 2 roses that are not blooming,they look green and they grow a little.
Tried the epson salt method but so far no luck.

Epsom salt isn't used to promote bloom. For that you need a fertilizer of some kind. Epsom salts is supposed to promote new cane growth. Find a good balanced fertilizer and feed them and they should bloom for you.
