| Check out the roots on my 1st rose cuttings. Used a constant mist system. http://picasaweb.google.com/JoelJWLO/CuttingsRootings20090719#
Good roots on most of them BUT notice the mold on some of the leaves. That constant mist system with the temperatures we have had in SE Georgia I think contributed to the mold growth. I also lost some due to rot before taking them out of the sand bed.
I think 3 - 4 weeks at most would have been adequate for those cuttings which were actually going to successfully root.
I may try putting some more cuttings in the sand bed this weekend AND may put in some crepe myrtle cuttings if I can find some good soft wood. |

| I was afraid I had lost all my rooted cuttings from missing the water that 1st week after potting, but, a couple weeks after potting, looks like about 8 of the original 22 may make it. |
