Now What Do You Do??

I have an OP rose I think I would like to test out in other climates.
If you don't know anyone in warmer, colder climates what do you do?
I am pretty sure she is a zone 5 or higher rose.
She has made it here 3 years now, however she has serious winter die back.
We have late frost here, damaging her new growth in early spring and causing her to have vegetative centers.
Come mid June she begins to grow like a weed and her VC is gone.
I think she is a cute little thing and will be named after my niece.

Here she is her 1st year with her first bloom:

Nearing the end of her 1st season

Here she is this season

Any ideas on how to go about it?
I have not yet tried cuttings.
Plan on giving it a try with her this year.
